These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 98pakr ("98pakr", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://98pakr.cam, including all associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

98pakr is an English-language online betting information and gaming platform primarily targeting adult users in Pakistan. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other sports — as well as casino games, live dealer tables, slot games and related content.

These Terms apply to all Users, regardless of whether you access the Platform from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar or any other location. By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:

By completing the account registration process, clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent acceptance mechanism, or by otherwise accessing and using the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and must not register an Account.

Your acceptance of these Terms also constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. You are encouraged to review all three documents before registering. These documents collectively govern the relationship between 98pakr and each User.

In accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; (b) you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety; and (c) your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

To register and maintain a valid Account on 98pakr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's or applicable license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and throughout the period of account use.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during the registration process and update this information promptly if it changes.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal or specifically prohibited, or where the operator has determined not to accept registrations.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement, whether imposed by 98pakr or any third-party responsible gambling scheme applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, consultant or agent of 98pakr, or a close family member of any such person, unless express written permission has been granted.
• You must not have had a previous Account on 98pakr closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

5.1 Single Account Rule

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. If 98pakr identifies that a User holds multiple Accounts, we reserve the right to close all secondary Accounts, void any associated bonuses and winnings, and retain any deposits pending investigation. The User will be notified of any action taken.

5.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address during registration. Information provided must be accurate and must match the identity documents you would provide during KYC verification. Registration using fictitious details, aliases, or another person's information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure.

5.3 Account Currency

Accounts on 98pakr display balances and transactions in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). The account currency is set at registration and cannot subsequently be changed. All deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bet stakes, winnings and bonus credits will be expressed in PKR unless the Platform expressly states otherwise.

5.4 Verification

Following registration, 98pakr may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before deposits, withdrawals or certain features become available. Standard verification documents may include a government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address, and documentation related to your chosen payment method. 98pakr may request additional documentation at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use another person's Account.

Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify 98pakr promptly upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach. 98pakr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You should use a strong, unique password for your 98pakr Account and enable any two-factor authentication options available on the Platform. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, you should change your password immediately and contact our support team via Live Chat or the Help Centre.

7.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The minimum deposit amount, supported payment methods, processing times and any applicable fees are displayed in the Platform's live cashier section and may change without notice.

Payment method availability varies and is subject to operator policy, provider rules and applicable law. Familiar Pakistani payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as common domestic payment methods in Pakistan. Their mention does not constitute confirmation of availability on this Platform, nor does it imply that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling activity. Users must verify current availability in the cashier.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and review for fraud or suspicious activity. Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

98pakr does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times as these depend on payment provider timescales outside our direct control. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, and any fees, are displayed in the cashier section. 98pakr reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account may be classified as inactive if no login activity is recorded for a period specified in our current account management policy. Inactive accounts may be subject to administrative fees or balance adjustments in accordance with the operator's terms, which will be disclosed to the User in advance.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event type or game format. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after confirmation unless the Platform expressly offers a cash-out or edit option for the relevant market.
• 98pakr reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error, or on events that did not occur or were decided under circumstances materially different from those reflected in the market.
• Maximum bet limits and minimum bet amounts apply per event and per User, as displayed in the relevant betting interface. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at 98pakr's discretion.
• In-play betting odds update in real time and the Platform may suspend markets during critical moments in a match. Any bet placed after an event has concluded, or after a key event in the match has occurred but before the Platform has updated its markets, may be voided.
• For cricket markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — specific rules apply regarding weather interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern calculations and match abandonment. These are detailed in the sports betting rules section.

98pakr may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback awards, reload promotions, and VIP-tier rewards. The availability, value and conditions attached to any promotion are set out in the specific promotion terms, which form part of these Terms.

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, validity periods and minimum odds restrictions will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through systematic wagering strategies, multiple accounts, or coordinated play with other Users may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• 98pakr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or decline to award a bonus at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and in progress will be governed by the terms in effect at the time it was awarded.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new Users only, subject to eligibility criteria specified in the promotion terms. PKR deposit thresholds applicable to any welcome bonus are stated in the relevant promotion.
• Where a User requests a withdrawal prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements, the Platform may deduct outstanding bonus amounts from the withdrawal total in accordance with the bonus terms.

Users of the 98pakr Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

• Registering an Account if you are a Prohibited User as defined in Section 2, or knowingly allowing a Prohibited User to access the Platform through your Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information or documentation, including during KYC verification processes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any activity that constitutes, facilitates or assists financial crime.
• Employing bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, data-scraping software or any other automated means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Users in casino table games, live dealer games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any software error, vulnerability, loophole or technical malfunction of the Platform, including placing bets on events where the outcome is already known due to a data feed delay.
• Using the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, disrupt or impair its servers, networks or infrastructure.
• Attempting to access, tamper with or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's back-end systems or another User's Account.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour or abusive communications directed at 98pakr staff or other Users.

Any breach of this Section may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content on the 98pakr Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, user interface design, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the property of 98pakr or its respective licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use strictly in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without 98pakr's express prior written consent.

Game content, including slot game artwork, live dealer studio footage and sports data feeds, is the intellectual property of the respective technology providers and is licensed to 98pakr for display on the Platform. No User acquires any rights in such content through use of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98pakr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, data or goodwill;
• Service interruptions, technical errors or system downtime;
• Delays in bet settlement, payment processing or account verification;
• Actions or omissions of payment service providers;
• Events beyond 98pakr's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, regulatory changes or market events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 98pakr's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total deposits made by you in the 12 months preceding the relevant event.

98pakr is committed to supporting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options to all Users. These tools are available from within the Account settings section of the Platform.

Users are strongly encouraged to set personal limits that reflect what they can genuinely afford to lose before beginning any betting or gaming activity. If at any time you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your finances, relationships or wellbeing, you should utilise our responsible gambling tools immediately and consider seeking independent support.

18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the operator's or license jurisdiction. Local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan), may restrict or prohibit gambling. 14.1 By 98pakr

98pakr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) a User has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity is suspected; (c) required to do so by a regulatory, legal or law enforcement authority; or (d) the continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform or other Users.

Where an Account is closed due to User breach, any balance may be retained pending investigation, and 98pakr's decision shall be final. Where closure is not due to User breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User by the most recently used withdrawal method following completion of required verification.

14.2 By the User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 98pakr support via the Help Centre or Live Chat. Account closure requests will be processed in accordance with our current account management procedures. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in the normal course, and any resulting balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98pakr holds its operating licence, as disclosed in the Platform's licensing information. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless a specific alternative dispute resolution mechanism is provided.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence. Users in Pakistan are reminded that local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may be applicable to their activities and they are responsible for ensuring compliance accordingly.

98pakr reserves the right to revise, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material in nature, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform prior to the new Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.2.
